“Heather is incredible! She provided wedding day management at our wedding which included meeting with us several times in advance of the wedding to nail down the timeline and details of, coming to the final walkthrough of our venue, set up and take down of our decorations, coordinating with all of our vendors, and helping make sure our timeline was operating smoothly day-of. In our pre-wedding meetings, she raised some great questions and ideas for our wedding that we hadn’t thought of yet. At the wedding, she laid out our vision for our decorations beautifully and we got so many compliments on it. Our wedding timeline was also a bit atypical, so we were worried our guests would be a bit confused, but everything went smoothly and seamlessly thanks to her oversight. I highly recommend When Hearts Unite!”

“Words cannot express how much we appreciate Heather!! She made our day run so smoothly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! She used her vendor network to help get us better deals, when she could, in one instance she did this even after we had a signed contract! She met with us several times to get a full sense of what our preferences were and then used that information to coordinate with everyone on our vendor team. She even became intimately familiar with contract details in order to be able to effectively manage the details in order to support us, and our vendors. On the day of, she handled incidents behind the scenes, so we didn’t have to be bothered. She commanded attention and was able to keep our wedding on track and flowing seamlessly. She knew that I was a little wary about decor (I’m just not very creative in that way!), so she went out of her way to send suggestions and then took what we had and decorated the room beautifully. We can’t speak highly enough about our experience and HIGHLY recommend Heather with When Hearts Unite! This is probably the best money we spent out of our wedding budget!”

“We can’t recommend Heather enough! She was the most wonderful wedding coordinator. From the beginning, she kept us organized and sane. She was great about communicating with us and our vendors. She created our timeline and helped us with details that would make sense logistically and meet our vision. Leading up to the day, we had a few “surprises” pop up, but she handled everything seamlessly and eased our worries. On the day of, she was amazing! She worked on a ton of the decorations, which looked beautiful. She managed the timeline, made sure everyone was where they needed to be, and just having her there made us feel less stressed! We got so many comments on how beautiful the wedding was and how smoothly everything flowed! Heather was professional, responsive, supportive, and so organized. “Heather blew us away. Our wedding was a month ago and we are still telling everyone we know how amazing she was.

We hired Heather for Day of coordination and she started a couple months before. I am a type A personality and my wedding planning was no exception to this. I needed every detail to be perfect, I drove myself crazy trying to track items and vendors. The second Heather started all of my stress disappeared. She has a reassurance and charisma that is beyond fit for this business. Her organized spreadsheets, resolving issues and offering ideas before they even arise, and her stern yet bubbly attitude in managing (even drunk!) wedding parties is something out of story books.

She allowed a stressed bride like myself let go of every fear and fully enjoy every moment of not only my wedding, but my wedding week. Heather was everything we needed for our wedding day- and more! She was so organized, thoughtful, and responsive from the second we hired her. She sent us planning forms that were so helpful and mentioned things that we hadn't even thought about! We met a few times before the wedding to make sure everything was in place and ready. Heather helped set up, clean up, and direct the show with such grace and ease. Truly could not recommend her more to anyone who is getting married.”
